The CMC sections of regulatory documents are also prepared by Chorus, a job done by a small number of internal experienced pharmaceutical scientists working with a vast array of external consultants and contract vendors to produce exclusive work.

Consistent with the overall Chorus model, emphasis is placed on conducting the minimally required CMC work necessary to allow the key toxicology and clinical experiments to be conducted while deferring all later phase parallel processing until the PoC has been demonstrated.
